Nanotrap Products

Nanotrap Microbiome A Particles

Nanotrap Microbiome A Particles capture and concentrate a wide range of viruses such as influenza A, influenza B, respiratory syncytial virus, coronavirus 229E, coronavirus OC43, SARS-CoV-2, Zika virus, Chikungunya virus, dengue virus, pepper mild mottle virus, hepatitis A virus and mpox virus.

Nanotrap Microbiome B Particles

Nanotrap Microbiome B Particles enrich for bacteria including Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica, Campylobacter jejuni, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridioides difficile and crASSphage.

Nanotrap Enhancement Reagents

Use of Nanotrap Enhancement Reagents with Nanotrap Microbiome Particles improves the binding of microbes in wastewater samples, further enhancing downstream detection of nucleic acids.

Nanotrap Buffer 2

Nanotrap Buffer 2 enhances microbe recovery with Nanotrap Microbiome Particles when using a manual method by homogenizing solids, diluting viscous samples and facilitating movement of Nanotrap Microbiome Particles between tubes.

A growing list of microbes have been captured and concentrated with the Nanotrap Microbiome Particles. If you don’t see the microbe of interest on this list, please contact us to discuss your application.

Features

  • Utilize affinity capture and enrichment to attract and bind low abundance viruses
  • Can be used with clinical swab samples, saliva, urine, wastewater, food wash and blackwater
  • Compatible with PCR, sequencing or immunoassay analysis methods
  • Designed to capture and concentrate a variety of microbes
